Take Benjamin Parkway West toward the airport. Benjamin Parkway splits to the right after Friendly Shopping Center; do not exit but continue straight on Bryan Blvd. Bryan Blvd merges into Hwy 68 South. Take first exit, "Market Street/Colfax." Turn right onto Market Street at the bottom of the exit ramp. Continue for 1.5 miles; Magnolia Manor is on the right.

Take I-85 North to I-40 West at the Hwy 220 exit. Continue to the PTI Airport exit 210. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Hwy. 68 North. Follow 68N to the next exit, which is "Market Street/Colfax". Exit here and at the stoplight turn right. Continue for 1.5 miles; Magnolia Manor is on the right.

Take I-40 West, passing through Greensboro and continuing to the PTI Airport exit 210. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Hwy. 68 North. Follow 68N to the next exit, which is "Market Street/Colfax". Exit here and at the stoplight turn right. Continue for 1.5 miles; Magnolia Manor is on the right.

Take 220 South and pick up Hwy 68 South toward the PTI airport. Exit at Market Street/Colfax exit and turn right at stop sign. Continue for just under 1.5 miles; Magnolia Manor is on the right.
